Intellinetics, Inc. (NYSE American: INLX), a digital transformation solutions provider, today announced the appointments of Ryan Bell as Chief Technology Officer and Fiona Beckstrom as Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Delivery.
The appointments mark another important milestone in the Company’s ongoing transformation, strengthening leadership across software innovation and customer delivery to accelerate SaaS growth, expand services opportunities, and build a more scalable and profitable business.
Since joining Intellinetics in February 2026, President and Chief Executive Officer Alison Forsythe has focused on strengthening organizational capabilities, improving operating discipline, sharpening go-to-market execution, and aligning investments with the Company’s highest-priority growth opportunities.
“We are making meaningful progress in building the leadership team and operating foundation required to execute our growth strategy,” said Forsythe. “Ryan and Fiona bring complementary strengths that are critical to our success: the ability to innovate and scale our technology platforms, and the operational and commercial expertise to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Their leadership will be instrumental as we accelerate SaaS growth, strengthen our services businesses, and capitalize on opportunities across the document lifecycle.”
Ryan Bell – Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Bell will lead Intellinetics’ technology strategy, software engineering, and platform modernization initiatives. His priorities include accelerating innovation, improving platform scalability, advancing intelligent document processing and workflow automation capabilities, and aligning technology investments with the Company’s targeted markets and commercial growth objectives.
Bell brings extensive experience in enterprise software development and technology leadership. Previously serving as CTO of YellowFolder, he led software development for nine years, helping build and scale document management solutions serving school districts across the United States. His background also includes serving as CTO of SalesDay.
“Ryan brings a powerful combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and a deep understanding of our customers and technology portfolio,” said Forsythe. “His leadership will be critical as we modernize our software platforms, advance AI-enabled capabilities, and strengthen the connection between document capture, content management, and workflow automation. I am confident in his ability to accelerate innovation and position our software business for sustainable growth.”
Fiona Beckstrom – Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Delivery
As Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Delivery, Beckstrom will lead the Company’s software professional services, implementation, and customer delivery organizations. Her responsibilities include accelerating customer time to value, improving delivery execution and profitability, expanding consulting and services opportunities, and establishing repeatable, scalable practices that support customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
Beckstrom brings extensive experience leading enterprise software services, customer success, support, and operational organizations. Her background includes leadership roles at EverCommerce, Data Masons, Exact Software, and Kewill, where she led complex customer-facing organizations and drove improvements in service delivery and operational effectiveness.
“Fiona understands that exceptional customer delivery is a critical driver of revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term value,” said Forsythe. “She brings the commercial perspective, operational discipline, and customer focus needed to transform our professional services business into a more scalable and predictable growth engine. Her leadership will help us accelerate customer adoption, expand existing relationships, and improve the consistency and profitability of our services operations.”
Strengthening Execution Across the Document Lifecycle
Intellinetics’ growth strategy builds on the complementary strengths of its software and Document Services businesses. The Company’s document conversion and scanning capabilities provide an important entry point into customer relationships, while its software solutions help organizations securely manage information, automate workflows, strengthen compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
By connecting these capabilities more closely across the document lifecycle—from physical and digital capture through intelligent processing, content management, workflow integration, and information governance—Intellinetics sees opportunities to deliver greater customer value and expand recurring software revenue.
“Our transformation is progressing from building the foundation to executing against our growth priorities,” Forsythe concluded. “We have differentiated software assets, deep expertise in document-intensive markets, and valuable customer relationships that create meaningful opportunities for growth. With Ryan and Fiona in these critical leadership roles, we are strengthening our ability to translate those opportunities into results. Our focus remains on disciplined execution, profitable growth, and building long-term value for our customers and shareholders.”
