To sweeten the deal, Perkins is extending an exclusive incentive package featuring zero percent royalty fees for a limited time to new franchisee signings, and the city of Myrtle Beach is offering a Facade Improvement Grant which provides a dollar-for-dollar matching grant of up to $10,000 per project.
