ProCap Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRR) (“ProCap Financial” or the “Company”), the first publicly traded agentic finance firm, today announced that it will be included in the small-cap Russell 2000® Index and the broad-market Russell 3000® Index, effective for trading at the US market open on Monday, September 21, 2026.
The index addition comes as ProCap Financial continues to scale Silvia, its AI agent lab exclusively focused on finance. Since its public launch in May 2025, Silvia has grown to more than $60 billion in connected assets, converted approximately 25% of its monthly active users to paying subscribers, and published open-source benchmark research showing it outperformed every frontier and open-source AI model evaluated on expert-level tax questions.
As announced on September 16, 2026, the Company’s corporate entity will be renamed Silvia, Inc., and will begin trading under the ticker “SVIA,” effective September 22nd, 2026.
