DvSum, the AI control plane that lets broadband and telecom operators run their network and their customer experience as one secure closed-loop, alongside Aurora Networks, will showcase its latest agentic AI innovations for broadband operators at SCTE TechExpo26. SCTE, the broadband industry’s largest trade event, takes place September 29 through October 1 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
ServAssure® NXT AI, powered by DvSum’s 2.0 models & Edge Gateway, is a joint offering; the solution combines Aurora Networks’ ServAssure NXT service assurance platform with DvSum’s patented AI technology. The solution helps operators to sense, reason, and act on problems across the network and the subscriber base faster, with focused effort, and with domain-specific insights.
“Our collaboration with DvSum brings together ServAssure NXT network intelligence and powerful agentic AI capabilities to drive great automation,” said Craig Coogan, CTO, Aurora Networks. “The result is a new operational model that helps broadband providers move from detecting problems to prioritizing, acting and validating outcomes faster.”
AI Built for Telecom Operations
ServAssure NXT AI Powered by DvSum is designed to help operators:
- Detect emerging network and customer-impacting issues
- Reason across DOCSIS, PON, Wi-Fi, topology and operational data
- Prioritize issues based on network, customer and business impact
- Recommend and automate the appropriate next action
- Validate outcomes and continuously improve operational decisions
Patented data sovereignty and lower AI cost, already in production
The ServAssure NXT integration runs on DvSum’s AURA Edge Gateway, the architecture that gives DvSum’s platform its data sovereignty assurance and is already live in production. Unlike approaches that move subscriber PII and network, telemetry into the cloud to analyze it, the Edge Gateway processes that data inside the operator’s own network perimeter, sending only confidence scored context to the reasoning capabilities in the cloud layer above it. That patented architecture gives operators an architectural assurance, not just a policy promise, that their data stays where they control it and brings significant savings and efficiencies in bandwidth and AI token costs due to its local network processing.
“Every operator we talk to asks the same question before anything else: where does my data actually go? With our solution their data stays inside their network, with AI reasoning running on the platform they trust,” said Aashish Singhvi, CEO at DvSum. “Not only is the data contained, AI becomes even more powerful when it moves beyond analyzing data and helps people make better decision in real time. Together with Aurora Networks, we are bringing AI directly into the operational workflow in a manner that provides results with a platform in which customers have complete confidence.”
Operators and partners who want to schedule a demo with the DvSum and Aurora Networks team at SCTE TechExpo26 can visit the Aurora Networks booth at A107 or sign up for a separate meeting with DvSum executives at dvsum.ai.
About DvSum
DvSum is the AI control plane that lets broadband and telecom operators run their network and their customer experience as one closed loop, without moving their data out of the network to do it. Its AURA platform includes the patented Edge Gateway, which keeps subscriber PII, raw data, and telemetry inside the operator’s perimeter while reasoning happens on confidence scored context, and CADDI, the agentic AI layer that reasons over it. At Liberty Latin America, in full production, that has meant 41.7 percent of network related support calls handled without a human, half of no fault found truck rolls eliminated, triage time cut from eight minutes to two, and a 50 percent reduction in contact center operating cost (DvSum, In Production).
