Three new workplace awards reflect employee feedback on the day-to-day experience at Risepoint

Comparably Awards are based on anonymous feedback from current employees collected over a 12-month period. For this award cycle, employees rated their employers between August 24, 2025 and August 24, 2026. Responses were compared with companies of similar sizes, and the final data set included 20 million ratings across 70,000 companies.
