Renters add a flight number at booking, Bintali tracks the landing, and the car is waiting at the terminal when they clear arrivals, even after a delay.
DUBAI, DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, October 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Bintali now hands over rental cars at the arrivals kerb of Dubai International and Al Maktoum airports, with every airport booking tracked against the renter’s flight. A renter enters the flight number at checkout. Bintali follows the flight, moves the handover if the landing time moves, and has the car at the terminal when the renter walks out with their bags.
The service covers all three terminals at Dubai International and the passenger terminal at Al Maktoum, also known as Dubai World Central. There is no counter to find and no shuttle to a depot. The delivery agent meets the renter at the arrivals exit of the terminal on the booking, checks the documents, and hands over the key.
Delays are the reason the tracking exists. A flight into Dubai that lands two hours late does not cost the renter the car or a rebooking, because the agent’s schedule follows the flight rather than the original booking time. The same applies to an early landing. Bintali’s support team is on duty around the clock, so a 2am arrival is handled the same way as a midday one.
“Most people who rent at the airport have one question, which is where the car actually is when they come through the doors,” said Anders Nygren of Bintali. “The answer is at the kerb, and the flight number is how we make sure of that. We would rather wait for a late flight than have a renter stand in arrivals calling a desk.”
The two airports suit different trips. Dubai International is around 20 minutes from Downtown and 35 to 45 minutes from Dubai Marina by Sheikh Zayed Road, depending on the hour, and the route into the city passes a Salik toll gate. Al Maktoum is further south, closer to Expo City and Dubai South, and a better fit for renters heading to the Marina, Jebel Ali, or on to Abu Dhabi. Bintali charges tolls at cost after the trip, itemised, so the gate on the way in appears as a single line on the final bill.
At the handover, renters show a valid driving licence, a passport or Emirates ID, and a credit card. Visitors whose licence is not accepted on its own in the UAE need an International Driving Permit alongside it, which has to be issued before they fly. Bintali checks the renter’s licence country at booking, so nobody finds this out at the kerb.
For a family landing with luggage, Bintali recommends a standard SUV over an economy hatchback, since the boot of a small car fills with two large cases. For a solo traveller on a short business trip into Downtown or DIFC, an economy or standard sedan is the sensible choice, and parking at most office towers is easier in a smaller car.
Airport delivery is part of Bintali’s doorstep service across Dubai, which is free on any rental of three days or more. Bookings are open at bintali.ae with a no-deposit option available on every car.
