Lula, the property maintenance platform, now powers maintenance inside the new Rental assistant from RentSpree, the rental software platform used by agents and landlords across the country. Rental owners get access to a network of vetted, licensed, and insured service professionals across 50+ US markets.

Most RentSpree landlords manage their rental properties alongside a full-time career. When something breaks, they have to source vendors, compare quotes, and verify licenses. Through this partnership, that work is handled. Tenants submit maintenance requests through RentSpree, and Lula coordinates every job from request to resolution, with scheduling underway within minutes of a work order..

Maintenance powered by Lula is included in RentSpree’s Landlord Pro subscription and is available for properties in Lula-covered zip codes, with the broader Rental assistant available to subscribers everywhere. There is no separate access fee beyond the subscription, and individual repairs are billed per job. Much of the maintenance repair and replacement pricing comes from Lula’s industry-first Flat-Rate Catalog and is set before work begins. Each landlord sets a not-to-exceed limit: repairs under the limit proceed immediately, and anything above it requires the owner’s approval before work starts.
