GREENFIELD, Wis., Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Whitnall School District has partnered with Edustaff to expand and support its substitute workforce, helping the district provide consistent coverage while preserving the safe, challenging, and student-centered environment at the heart of Whitnall’s ‘We’re All In’ approach.
Whitnall serves a diverse school community where students bring different experiences, languages, strengths, and goals into the classroom each day. Substitute employees are part of that experience. The partnership with Edustaff is intended to make sure temporary staffing supports the same expectations for belonging, professionalism, and continuity that families see from permanent district staff.
The district serves more than 2,300 students and includes Edgerton Elementary, Hales Corners Elementary, Whitnall Middle School, and Whitnall High School, along with CORE 4 early-learning programming. Edustaff will work with district leadership to recruit and onboard substitute employees, support assignment fulfillment, and create clear communication for people working across Whitnall’s schools.
