In 2021, Kristen broadened her perspective by joining Liberty Mutual as an Underwriting Officer for Subcontractor Default Insurance. Moving to the carrier side allowed her to deepen her knowledge of SDI and gain an even broader understanding of how risk is evaluated and managed across the construction insurance ecosystem.

Today, Kristen brings these experiences together at American Global, where she integrates knowledge gained across multiple sides of the industry to develop stronger and more effective risk strategies.
